About  is India’s largest student engagement and campus hiring platform, venture funded by NS Raghavan (co-founder of Infosys), founded by Harpreet Singh Grover and Vibhore Goyal, first year roommates from IIT Mumbai. We are based out of Gurgaon.

Role Description of Lead- Managing Colleges
Every College Account Manager handles a certain number of colleges and executes processes based on a
checklist while striving to build a better relationship. College Account Manager Lead would lead this team and help ensure:

  •  Each MC Owner executes set processes with partners- measurement and delivery happens
  •  Every difficult situation is managed well and expectations are managed with our partners
  •  Development of a deep relationship with partners, increasing the barrier to entry for competition
  •  Needs of allied functions are fulfilled to satisfaction within the desired timeline

The position will be based out of Gurgaon.

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Set scalable processes and ensure College Account Managers are following them
  •  Helping build deep relationships resulting in partner delight and renewal
  •  Collate feedback with the end goal of helping to improve and launch new services for colleges 
  •  Ensure Delivery of Employability services to partners like
  •  Data Online- correct in one go
  •  SMS Series
  •  Assessment Tests
  •  Correct mapping of infrastructure at college
  •  Assigning venue at partner campus- ensure delivery
  •  Assigning partners to corporate opportunities in regions
  •  Execution of offline initiatives like Plant Visits, Guest Lectures and Offline events 
  •  Strong account management with key partners through regular meetings


  •  4-7 Years experience
  •  Experience in Team Handling (of 4 or more people)- recruiting, training, executing, monitoring
  •  Evidence of having built relationships, creating processes and delivering results in previous roles

Role of Manager - Corporate Relationships 
We currently work with 4 of the top 10 IT companies and some of the top recruiters of the country
( We have set up a strong base across North, Karnataka, AP, TN, and Maharashtra by working with 400+ corporate and are scaling up our model to new regions. As  a Manager - Corporate Relationships, your role would primarily be to plan and meet corporate sales targets in your region. You would also build and grow key account relationships by helping them hire and engage students (through our Corporate Account Managers) from across the country using our technology, knowledge and reach. The position would be based out of any one of the region amongst West, South, North or East and report into the Head, Regional Corporate Sales of the firm. The details of the role requirements are mentioned below.

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Tap all SME firms which recruit from campuses in their respective regions by meeting the VP/Head  HR/ Campus Recruitment Head of these firms
  •  Engage with clients for all campus related activities, pick feedback to improve our strategy and go back to the market with an improved offering
  •  Develop high-quality client relationships- strategize and build an effective plan for each client 
  •  New account acquisition as per sales strategy and plans
  •  Systematic execution of sales processes to meet and exceed the sales and profitability targets
  •  Support Corporate Account Management unit in nurturing mid to senior level relationships 
  •  Reporting and MIS on the sales execution progress 


  •  2-5 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience
  •  Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
  •  Sale experience to HR professionals (recruitment related) is preferred
  •  Domain experience in IT / BPO is a plus
  •  Good academic background
