Description of Role:

·         Become certified to facilitate specific professional, sales, leadership programs.
·         Facilitate courses (50% of time) (delivery will be classroom and virtual) per month towards certified programs. The training deployment of these products shall be, largely, in accordance with the calendar drawn for the month. Required feedback rating for these programs should be equal to or greater than 4.5.
·         Support for Ad-hoc training requests / facilitation of programs on requests from Business Learning Partners.
·         Support Business Learning Partners and performance consultants in Conducting training needs identification/ analysis keeping in view business requirements pertinent to SDU/DU / Account /Function
·         Perform assessments and Calibrations with accuracy, reporting on participation for the programs conducted in each session. This documentation needs to be sent to the training coordinator within the SLA timelines.

Qualification: MS in Instructional Design or Master's degree in Communications.

Skills: Instructional design methods, project and task management, good understanding of importance of client budgets, specifications, and requirements.  Must have demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of information and produce high quality, error-free deliverables.

Description of Role:

·         Analyze and review job requirements with a Business Line proponent/SME.
·         Analyze target audience profiles.
·         Analyze content to identify content gaps and create course outlines 
·         Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and define learning objectives for courses.
·         Design the blueprint for the training program of instruction and implement in conjunction with our training processes.

Description of Role:

·         Establishes strong business relationships in the context of defining employee development related to aligned business area goals
