1)    Exchange Helpdesk
·     Experience Range 2-4 Years
·     Technical skills related to Microsoft Outlook installation and configuration on PC and Apple Macintosh computers
·     An understanding of basic e-mail concepts like mailboxes, SMTP addresses, contacts/forwarding, and distribution lists
·     Outstanding customer service skills and ability to explain complex situations in clear/concise terms. Good written and verbal communication
·     Knowledge of Basic Exchange Architecture 2003, 2007, 2010 would be an added advantage

                     
2)    Network Engineer

·         Experience Range of 3-6 years
·         Good hands-on experience in Routing, Switching protocols, Network Security and Load balancing
·         Candidates should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment

 3)    Windows Engineer
·         Experience range of 3-5 years
·         Troubleshooting intermediate and advanced Windows Server issues including service failures, name resolve issues, memory dumps and hardware issues
·         User account administration and managing file & folder permissions
·         Group Policy, Local Security Policy settings and using Security Configuration and Analysis tools to manage and apply security templates
·         Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Active Directory Integrated DNS
·         Candidates should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment

4)    Technical Service Manager

·         Experience Range 4-7 Years
·         Account Management/Customer Engagement & Relationship Management in IT/ITS industry
·         Should possess basic understanding of Technology both in terms of skills and the technical environment
·         Effective Communication skills
·         Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment

5)    PeopleSoft DBA

·         Experience Range 3-6 Years
·         Hands on Experience in administering PeopleSoft applications under recent versions of Peopletools that uses PeopleSoft Internet Architecture. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Application Upgrades, Peopletools upgrade, patching and installations for one or more of Financials/Supply Chain / Human Resources/Campus solutions
·         Working on Oracle database administration in Windows & Unix  Platforms including installation of Oracle 9i/10g/11g databases, Configuration, Cloning, Backup (RMAN, Hot) & Tuning

6)    Oracle DBA

·         Experience of more than 4 - 7 years on ORACLE RDBMS Database Administration
·         SQL/PLSQL programming experience
·         Experience with RDBMS Backup (Logical & Physical, RMAN) and Restore scenarios on production environments
·         Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
·         Experience on Oracle RAC installation and troubleshooting
·         Designed and implemented database replication, Standby Database, Oracle Parallel Server, Parallel Query, Table level partitioning and Multi-Threaded Server
·         Good understanding of UNIX/Windows operating systems and Unix Shell Scripting will be a plus

7)    Admin/Front Office Associate

·         Minimum 1-4 years experience in office administration/front desk
·         Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
·         Checking of daily mails and maintaining purchase entry in Registers
·         Maintaining stationary and attendance registers
Provide support to other administrative services
·         Handling EPABX System and taking care of front office
