We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. Your Opportunity at Intuit: The candidate will have a passion for customer engagement and “on-the-ground” market research required for new products … with the ability to learn quickly from research to define delighting factors that will make the product a unique, indispensable solution for customers. 
The Opportunity:
The candidate will also play a leading role in working with the product development team & stakeholders to translate the customers need and insights into product features and offering improvements.
The team working on game-changing mobile experiment is very small and highly empowered by the Intuit leadership team straight out of the US. The work is likely to interest those who are entrepreneurial, like high degree of ownership, are open to making quick course-corrections based on learnings from customers and can roll up their sleeves to get things done as in a start-up.
The job offers significant exposure to senior most leaders in the company as well as greater responsibility and career progression than often found in other opportunities.
Your Talents:
•Can do’ attitude and comfort with working in fast paced, unstructured start-up environment where team members will be distributed across different locations
•Instinctive ability to connect with customers and deliver customer-driven innovation based on understanding of unique customer needs and to define the desired end-to-end customer experience
•Ability to synthesize learnings, to draw relevant insights and to think strategically to ensure right things get prioritized and acted upon by the team to deliver maximum delight for the end users with limited time and resources
•High degree of flexibility and adaptability to evolve one’s role based on changing project needs
•Facilitative leadership and interpersonal skills to quickly gain shared vision externally and internally in order to move things forward under strict timelines
•Mobile/SMS experience preferred
•Experience: 7+ years. Meaningful background in customer research or marketing in India preferred
•Education: Relevant graduate degree (e.g. MBA) from a top school in India preferred
