Urgent opening for Presales Manager - Infrastructure with one of our client in Bangalore.

Role: Presales Manager - Infrastructure

* Bachelor"s/ Master"s degree with a minimum of 8-14 years of experience, with good understanding of Security Service and Infrastructure Management domain.
* At least 3 year"s pre-sales experience in Security & Infrastructure Space (E g: Security & Infrastructure solutions offered by MacAfee, Symantec, Novell, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, and Cisco.....etc.)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
* Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
* Previous experience with solution selling
* Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise and technically accurate responses to product related inquiries (functional and technical) in both written and verbal form.
* Ability to travel 30-50%

Work Definition:
* Should work closely with the practice/solution team, analyse customer requirements & demonstrate solutions.
* Provide input to Product Management that directly contributes to the growth of IMSS business unit.
* Prepare the analysis required to complete RFP, benchmarking and other studies required by customers.
* Participate in the presentation of results to customers.
* Assist IMSS sales and practice Team by analysing customer data and generating insightful reports that illustrate the need and quantify the benefits of using IMSS solutions.
* Will have ownership of a particular geography and will have to own the revenue number and gross margin.
* Define and execute Presales packages /GTM strategy for named accounts (large and SMB) accounts and work with geo sales for execution.
* Develop and execute inside sales plan
* Define and execute GTM plan for all practices for core partners.
