IT Security Analyst - 505165
Positions in this function develop and implement information security policies, standards and procedures to secure and protect data residing on systems.
Work directly with user departments to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged electronic data.
Analyzes and investigates.
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise and Identify new opportunities/threats in the network to improve the security of the network.
Monitor and administer enterprise log correlation (SIEM) and vulnerability management systems (VMS)

Required Skills:
3 to 4 years of experience in information technology or security
A good technical knowledge in networking technology and network security required. (i.e. firewalls, IDS, IPS, VPN, TCPIP   protocols)
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP including NAT and Routing.
Select, design, implement and manage security measures to reduce the risk of loss.
Experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
Must have strong knowledge of the following firewall platforms:

Technical Support Analyst - 505270
As a Technical Support Analyst you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to internal and external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels. Responsibilities may also include security access processing, ID tracking, maintenance of reporting logs; password reset assistance, PC hardware/software inventory checks and stocking of spare parts as well as more advanced troubleshooting and support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve inbound technical calls at a large corporate Help Desk, efficiently and professionally, in a fast paced call center environment
Troubleshoot corporate applications with the use of a Knowledge Base and assign issues to the appropriate support group as needed
Follow all escalation procedures according to service level agreement
Use remote control tool to assist end users when needed
Provide an accurate record of each call in incident management tracking tool
Demonstrate a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area and is often able to apply these outside of own function
Act as a technical resource to others to resolve problems, issues, errors or related

Manager IT - 391951
Overall accountability for project execution for assigned projects within UnitedHealth Group IT Network Services.
Drive deliverables to meet project deadlines / milestones.
Track and update project plans and documentation.
Identify and report issues with the project. Mitigate identified issues.
Engage resources (management, service vendors, business segment leads, etc.) for project assignments.
Single point of contact for all project IT vendors/providers.
Manage all IT aspects of Corporate Real Estate Projects. Responsible for voice, data, cable infrastructure or any other technology issue related to Real Estate projects.
Work with UHG IT Merger and Acquisition team to deploy enterprise networks and acquisition assimilation.

Interface with construction trades as necessary to ensure MDF/IDF construction to UHG design standards.

Work within UnitedHealth Group IT processes for equipment and services procurement.
Perform UnitedHealth Group IT's change management procedures to create, submit, and coordinate various change requests associated with UnitedHealth Group IT Network Services current and future projects.
Work with UnitedHealth Group IT data/voice/security/server engineers to determine equipment and circuit equipment specifications.
Work with supply chain management for equipment and circuit orders.
Coordinate voice/data/security network equipment, servers, printers, and cable installation to ensure project deadlines are met, adhering to published lead times and standards.
Coordinate and consolidate various remote site activities, i.e. site surveys, vendor scheduling, site contact reviews, and follow-up coordination for installation of infrastructure related activities (racks, power, cabling, circuits, etc).
Document and validate operational readiness hand-off to monitoring and management teams.

Analyze all aspects of the existing application and recommend modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability.
Provide system support for all Web Content Management environments.
