VP-AIM for leading MNC in Investment Banking


Responsibilities:- Identity and Access Management team (AIM) is responsible for administration of user access, including Windows 2003, Unix, in-house and 3rd party applications.
The team is responsible for creating, modifying and deleting Exchange mailboxes, distributions lists, public folders and contacts.

*Lead and manage a team of AIM professionals that is well respected and has a reputation and track record of excellent service delivery.
*Develop and increase the level of access and identity management skills within the AIM team.
*Coach and guide direct reports to help them maximize their performance, and assist them to increase their effectiveness and value to BLK, while building and managing their career progression.
*Conduct regular weekly 1:1 meetings with staff to review topics relevant to the team and provide timely and insightful feedback.
*Ensure each direct report has documented achievable and measureable performance objectives. Deliver mid-year and year-end reviews.
*Collect, analyze and publish team metrics reports.
*Attend and participate in department management meetings.
*Communicate management decisions to the team.
*Escalate/report issues affecting the team to management.
*Interview/hire candidates for the AIM team.
*Interface with IT Risk and act as regional AIM lead for SOR/SOX audit controls.
*Act as AIM escalation point for the Help Desk, business, and Technology inquiries and requests.
*Coordinate the on-boarding of new processes and procedures to the AIM portfolio of responsibilities. Ensure proper documentation and communication of such processes and procedures.

Desired Profile:-
*High level of knowledge in administering a Windows environment (7/2010)
*Basic understanding of scripting (VBScript, JavaScript)
*Network File Sharing
*Experience of administration in a RBAC (Role Based Access Control) environment
*Working knowledge of ITIL Standards.
*Experience in operating in a UNIX environment (DFS, user management, LDAP)
*Experience in managing RSA SecureAccess
