Job Description / Responsibilities:
· Female candidate is preferred, young, energetic and enthusiastic with excellent spoken and written English.
Can communicate clearly on phone with our clients.
· Computer literacy for using Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint. Internet Browsing.
· Front Office Maintenance ( Public Dealing, Call Management)
· Set up and coordinate meeting, conferences and conferences calls. Arranging Travel, Food & hotel booking
· To take care of coordination between various department and assist them for smooth functioning
· To manage visitors, to manage incoming and outgoing letters, documents, parcels etc.
· To assist HR and Admin department as per need
· Routine administrative duties like couriers, housekeeping, stationery management, vendor management· Co-ordinate with HR department in database management
