Executive Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assisting the Director in day to day office management, organizing meetings, Record & M.I.S.
2. Monitoring, Co-ordination with Functional Heads.
3. To manage and prepare daily reports.
4. Communication and filing activities in terms of mails/faxes/memos/letters.
5. Handle external and internal communication.
6. Calendar management.
7. Travel related activities of hotel and ticket bookings.
8. Coordination with other key departments and dept heads on behalf of Director.
9. Fixing up appointments and external relations
10. Secretarial support
11. Preparing minutes for meetings.
12. Organizing & Coordinating meetings.

As per Industry standards

Minimum 3-4Years in similar profile

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization)

Person in this position would essentially work directly with the Director, therefore you are expected to have very high standards of professionalism & integrity, perform within timelines, and maintain office decorum.
