1)     Job Title: L2 Support - .NET, VC++, Visual Basic, classic ASP

Qualification: : BCA/B.Sc (IT) / B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(IT)
Experience: 2 years to 5 years

Job Profile:
·         Support problem and change tickets for client server support operations for work involving problem determination and
implementation of changes to software, applications or other systems. These tasks are not standardized and require independent
thought and problem solving to resolve. Interaction with other teams is often required to solve issues
·         Work to standardize repeatable tasks and steps across multiple accounts within a pod or pool while providing coaching and
mentoring to the junior team members. This may require creating documentation or scripts that can be used to solve the same
problem in the future.
·         Implement new changes to the application.
·         Prior troubleshooting experience

Mandtory skills
·         2 to 5 years experience in the analysis, development and delivery of Classic ASP & .NET, VC++, Visual Basic.
·         Knowledge in the following: Installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring applications based on these
technologies.
·         Experience of working on Telecom processes specifically CRM, Billing, Inventory, Provisioning
·         Excellent Sql skills
·         Ability to engage with all levels of technical and business resources
·         Agile (Scrum) project team development environments preferred
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills


2)     Job Title: L2 Support - Java

Qualification: : BCA/B.Sc (IT) / B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(IT)
Experience: 2 years to 5 years

Job Profile:
·         Work on shifts as required
·         Based on input from helpdesk in form of email or call, work on  tickets to perform the preliminary troubleshooting, classification of
tickets and distribution for L2 support.
·         Configure, purge or view Audit functions, Register and unregister user tables, Maintain the Content Server & repositories e.g.
start/stop server, delete repositories, Maintain the connection brokers e.g. start / stop the connection broker, view connection
broker log
·         Follow up for closure of tickets assigend for L2 support.
·         Manage all tickets timelines.
·         Serve as day to day contact with customer stakeholder.
·         Candidate Should be willing to travel

Mandtory skills
·         Experience of working in shifts for network Operations
·         Knwoledge of communication technologies and networks
·         Experience in generating trouble tickets and primary diagnosis of Issues.
·         Experience of CAF Process and CAF parameters of telecom mobile network.
·         Experience of prepare and categorize the issues faced by users with respect to daily, weekly and monthly format
·         Experience of configuring parameters for traffic plan configuration of subscribers.
·         Familiarity with DMS (Document Management System) and NMS (Number Management System respectively )systems used at
Operator network
·         Specification knowledge on - CAF Process, Susbscriber Number Recycling Process

·         Experience of working in shifts for network Operations
·         Support problem and change tickets for client server support operations for work involving problem determination and

·         Experience of working with Pitney Bowes Software (PBS) products like E2AM, DOC 1, Data Flow, e2vault and e-Messaging for
Postpaid and Pre-Paid Customers.
·         Knowledge in the following: Installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring Sharepoint and related technologies.
·         Ability to engage with all levels of technical and business resources
·         Agile (Scrum) project team development environments preferred
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         2 to 5 years / 5to 8years SharePoint Developer experience in the analysis, development and delivery of web-based applications using
Sharepoint
·         2 to 5 years/ 5to 8years SharePoint Technologies (Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Office SharePoint Server 2007, InfoPath,
Forms Services, Excel Services, Search, Business Data Catalog and Web Services) experience
