Openings for Graduate Trainees at Vodafone, Pune

Dear Colleagues,
This is that time of the year when we look to infuse extra bit of energy in our work force by going out and looking for some fresh talent to be a part of our ever expanding organisation.
Yes, we are now hiring a new batch of trainees to be a part of our Graduate Trainee Program for the year 2013-14. We are glad to give you yet another opportunity to refer suitable candidates that can join us for this program.
You can refer the candidates who have credentials as follows:
Criteria for Referral Candidates
·         Education: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Computer Applications
·         Minimum passing percentage:
§  For candidates passing out of Pune University: 55%
§  For candidates passing out of other universities: 60%
·         Year of passing:
§  2013: Freshers
§  2012: Must have undergone Technical Training/ relevant work experience post qualification
·         Work Experience (if any): Less than 1 ½ years, post qualification
·         Job Code: GTIT13

Things you must know when you refer:
§  Referrals sent without the filled in tracker (attached to this email) will not be considered for shortlisting.
§  Last date for sending in your referrals is 11 September 2013.
§  The assessment and interviews are planned for 17 September, 2013. The schedule of activities for the day will be shared with shortlisted candidates only and we will invite them for further assessment.
§  In case your referral does not receive a call from us, please consider the profile as not shortlisted.
§  The Fresher hiring is not covered under the Referral Reward Scheme. But you will have an opportunity to refer your friends to join our organisation and win some cool goodies when they get selected.
