Job Description:
About the Product

Saggezza is involved in the development of Product that integrates with Industry Standard CMS solutions and provides end to end solution for the print publishing industry
Responsibilities:

Qualified candidates will work in a QA support team to gather, analyze requirement, prepare quality plan and execute test cases on different environment per the plan. Support developers and test an end to end solution that takes care of the full lifecycle for print publishing industries. He will specifically be responsible for production support, identify quality issues, bugs and report to the respective team. 

Qualification - Any Graduation
Experience -Senior Engineer -> 4 to 6 years
                     Junior Engineer -> 3 to 4 years
Skills Needed:

1. Should be good at software test methodologies & Testing concepts
2. Should have experience in testing web(Content based) applications as well as web services (SoapUI)
3. Capable of analyzing the business requirements, issues and identify the potential solutions.
4. Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
5. Experience in QA automation (Selenium Webdriver / Jmeter) is an added advantage.
6. Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
7. Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate immediately to management.
8. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
9. IT project expertise in testing and support
10. Prior experience in QA support of production environment is preferable.
11. Prior experience of working in a client support role preferable
12. High level of proficiency to read, write and communicate orally the English language, especially IT technical terms and concepts
13. Willing to work noon shift to support US team.
