Urgent opening for Asst. Manager - Business HR


o Processing Payrolls & Statutory compliance
o Managing employee Compensation & related issues
o Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports
o Managing all employee conduct & discipline issues
o Responsible for joining formalities of new employee
o Managing clearance, F&F (full & final) settlements & exit interviews
o Preparing Attrition Reports
o Maintaining attendance records online, roaster swapping, leave record etc.
o Managing NCNS records
o Responsible for Schedule Violation Agent
o Managing the complete recruitment life – cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources

Desired Profile:
Atleast 5 yr of experience with 3+ yrs in Business HR (Core HR) handling Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations, Grievances handling, Performance Management System, Exit, Payroll, Statuary Compliance, PF, ESI, Leave & Attendance, T&D, Employee Orientation, Payroll processing.
Must have strong exposure in Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations, Grievances handling
Candidate must have excellent command over English language (verbal / written)
Must have Prior experience in International BPO in HR Department.

Shift: Late EVENING / NIGHT Shifts
Salary: up to 40k
