Associate Project Manager/PC
(2 positions )
Exp- 3 to 6  Years














CONTENT

Role :
·         Planning, Resourcing & Execution of multiple projects
·         Coordinate between the vendor, client and internal team including the SPM/PM, cross-functional development members
·         Run the project from project coordination perspective including client coordination along with the PM and independently in the absence of PM, as required and assigned
·         Maintain compliance documents
·         Must have prior hands on experience in developing e-learning arte facts
·         Must have a prior experience of handling e-learning projects
·         Open to visit/stationed at client location, if required

Exp: 5 to 8 Years










CONTENT




Role :
·         Analyze the requirements provided by the client and SMEs for the development of compelling courseware that achieve learning goals.
·         Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives
·         Rephrase content to meet the learning needs
·         Organize content and activities for student learning
·         Visualize media to support learning (visual aids for ILT, multimedia for WBT)
·         Create assessments
·         Adapt instructional materials created for one delivery mode to another (usually this is adapting materials from ILT to WBT)
·         Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
·         Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
·         Significant experience with WBT development are highly preferred for the position
·         Handle projects  /accounts independently.
·         Review and provide feedback to IDs.
·         Handle SME co-ordination independently.
·         Co-ordinate with other cross functional teams.







Assistant Manager/Manager
(1 position)
Exp : 2 to 5 Years


Business Development
Role :    Fresh Business Development -
·         Generating leads - identify relevant contacts at a target organisation and to establish first contact; Pitch G-Cube Services and Products - initial brief on the offering and fixing-up presentations
·         Understanding Client Business/Requirements; Need Generation
·         Plan approaches and pitches - Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectives
·         Participate in pricing the solution/service
·         Creating Presentations, Proposals Response to EOI's, RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's
·         Negotiation and Closure - through appropriately handling client queries and closing the deal
Contract review with potential new clients
Account Management -
·         Maintain relationship with the client through periodic calls and emails for repeat business opportunities
·         Conceiving and Pitching new concepts ideas solutions to existing customers
Planning and Execution –
·         Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self/team.
·         Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
·         Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Execution/Control/Reporting –
·         Track and record activity on various prospects submit daily/weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
·         Maintain and adhere to internal processes/systems at the organisation.
