Technical Project Manager- Mobility 

Job Description:
Looking for Technical project manager who will have responsibility for quality deliverables across projects. Should be able to drive team for best practices and meeting SLA's / milestones. Can break up high level tasks, estimates and maintain Project Plans. Enhance customer interactions and frontend technical initiatives. Must be able to lead big teams and coordinate with different support functions.Handson experience in design and development is mandatory at Mobility side.

Main Skills:
•Tech requirements:
o5+ years' experience in professional mobile software development in iPhone, iPad, Android, OTT devices
oExpert in Objective C, iPhone SDK, Java, Android SDK
oReleased native mobile applications on both iPhone and Android in the past
oStrong understanding of the server side software, scalability, performance and reliability aspects
oContributing to mobility services-related Request For Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) response and winning client engagements

•Management side:
oCollaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to define clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones for mobile or web applications
oTask allocation within the team
oSetting up best practices w.r.t. delivery and organizational requirements
oShould work on multiple threads
oHands on in Agile transition and take accountability for deliveries
oShould be able to lead team in case of conflicts in best interest of Project and Organization
oShould be able to foresee team requirements, project dependencies and take appropriate actions
oAbility to effectively interact with product managers, Team Members – Developers and QA with same perspective, can work with support functions such as Operations and HR and meet their requirements
oExcellent communication skills
•4+ years of experience in leading client facing discussions, presenting technical solutions in a way clients can easily understand, and engaging with customers to help them understand and solve their problems
•Should be able to manage hiring, onboarding, Attrition, Feedback, KRA's for the Team Members
